We are pleased to inform you that as of April 1st, 2024, Huntington Power Equipment Inc. (“HPE”) has signed an agreement to merge with East Coast Energy Systems, LLC. (“Energy Systems”). As part of this acquisition, HPE employees have become part of Energy Systems, and will work to continue to provide the high-quality products and services you expect.

Energy Systems is a leading distributor of Generac power generator systems with a long-standing track record in the industry for exceptional service. Based in Marlborough, MA, East Coast Energy Systems serves the New England states, now reaching further into the Metro NYC market, with the acquisition of HPE. Additionally, Energy Systems on the West Coast has a Stockton, CA Headquartered operation, with locations in Corona, CA, Phoenix, AZ, Fife, WA, to serve the entire West Coast.

Energy Systems is excited to become your partner and support your power generation needs with many of the same people and providing the equipment and services that you have come to know and trust.

All outstanding power generation quotes, RFQs, or bids that have not been fulfilled by HPE will be supported by Energy Systems going forward. The pricing of unapproved quotes is valid for 90 days of issuance, regardless of the entity shown on the quotation form. Any outstanding invoices from HPE should be paid to HPE. For ongoing business, your contacts remain the same, all emails are automatically being forwarded to their new email addresses at energysystems.com. Our existing extensions from our main line (203) 929-3203 and direct dial numbers will continue to be valid for the foreseeable future.

For all new invoices coming you will be receiving from us at Energy Systems, you can continue to submit payments as always to: P.O. Box 2040, Shelton, CT 06484 (overnighted checks to 230 Long Hill Cross Road, Shelton, CT 06484).
