Site and local restrictions required Shoprite Supermarket Distribution Center to select Huntington Power to find a solution for their back up generation requirement which would meet local zoning setbacks as well as the stringent sound requirements of 2 cities with different building ordinances. The HPE design/build solution integrated seamlessly with the existing engineering and construction team to install a rooftop modular generation system solution (3 x 600kW) on the new building eliminating extensive support structure and meeting the zoning and sound criteria of both cities.
