HPE is a distributor of Generac Power Systems offering generator solutions up to 100 MW. Our full service capabilities include factory certified service technicians, scheduled maintenance plans, 24/7 emergency service, warranty support, rental generators, and authorized factory start-up & training services.
HPE’s Engineering and Construction Division offers complete design/build installation services providing our customers a true single source power solution. Huntington Power’s staff has years of industry experience and works to ensure that projects are delivered on time and add value to the client.

Our History
Founded in 1976, Huntington Power Equipment initially offered preventive maintenance and emergency service on all major brands of emergency generators. Soon thereafter, HPE began providing design/build generator installations to new and existing clientele. In 1988 HPE became a Generac Industrial Distributor covering Connecticut and Metro New York.
In the 80’s and 90’s, as customers’ needs changed, HPE responded by expanding our capabilities through engineering, construction, telecommunications, installation and commissioning.
Today, HPE is a well-established provider of both commercial and residential generator solutions of premium quality backed with superior service as well as Engineering & Construction services. With facilities in New York and New England, HPE is well positioned to service our geographically expanding customer base.
