We purchased two Generac 500KW commercial generators from Huntington Power. HPE has been phenomenal throughout the entire sale, installation and service life cycle. Just recently about 12" of snow had fallen, the roads were treacherous and it was 11 degrees outside when we received a generator alarm indicating a block heater might have failed. We placed a service call to HPE thinking that there was no way they would be able to come that day because of the weather and road conditions. 3 hours after the initial call they were onsite and had the generator repaired. This is just one example of the many times they have come through for us. Their technicians are extremely knowledgeable on the products they sell and service. You can always be sure the job will be done right. I can't stress how important these generators are to us. We consider them our babies and HPE treats them that way. After many attempts to contact the service provider we used for many years and getting no response, I called HPE in Islandia. The woman I spoke to was very sympathetic and really seemed to care. She arranged for a technician to check out our generator that same day! The service tech was professional and found and fixed the problem in 45 minutes.
